Has to have a filed biography.
Once file is accepted it must be put threw the taken celebrity board (If he/she has a celebrity... No jumping out of posting NO CELEB if it does have one. I will catch you and you will be deleted rite away. Not all characters have to have a celebrity... Like if you wanted to play a person from your school, that is fine. For safety reasons don't post their name.)
After your file is accepted you may RP, I don't care if your post for your celebrity claim isn't accepted... Your profile already was.
