The Starting Of A 'Here's To You' To Give

Rascal Flatts

Joe was with the boys on a trip to Africa for a concert for all the tribal people. It was the night of and he was at a bar in the hotel. He had no clue where the boys were but he was just sitting here. Never would he turn to be like his dad and take a drink of anything and if he did it was very rare. He stayed in the seat and watched the Patriots on the TV not saying a word. His bangs brushed in his eyes as he looked up but in a failing way he looked down and closed his eyes as if he were crying but no tears came out.

The hotel was empty, all but the bartender were there and few people going in and out of their room. He still feared everyone and kept a good eye on everyone in that room. Who knows someone could try and kill him rite there.

Still making sure everything around him was safe he stood up and walked to the lounging section of the building. His body sitting lazily in a couch as he waited for one of the boys to show up. There was three hours until they were to go on stage and yet he wasn't even that 45 minute drive there. He knew they wouldn't leave one of the vocalists behind so where could they be? He had tried to call them earlier but no answer. Of course Gary's cell was dead and Jay d**n he be smart enough to listen out for his ringer.

Joe sighed and looked at the TV, his team was losing as always and he knew it would proceed. Him sitting in the center of a room with nothing or no one next to him, you could say he looked board.

Rascal Flatts wasn't even big yet so their band wasn't posted everywhere on CMT yet still a few people knew who they were since they weren't a total drag.Cumberlin Road had to be a big hit/remake for them... It was their first song sung with another at a bar about two years ago.
